    Description

    1793 Flowing Hair, Chain Cent. S-1, "Ameri." var. Graded by NGC as AG Details. Coin is heavily corroded, but
    legible. The chain and lettering on the reverse can be easily seen, with the exception of the words, "ONE CENT",
    in the center. The entire "LIBERTY" and date can be seen on the obverse under a good light and at the right
    angle, but there is just a ghost of Liberty's head. It is estimated that there are only about 185 "Ameri." Chain
    Cents in existence in all grades, so grab this one while you can.
