Now, we know this vehicle is pretty wacky and won't be for everyone but stay with us because we think this build is not only entertaining and enjoyable to drive but also well-constructed and a great buy! Starting with an all-metal frame and body construction completed at Talon's Rod and Custom shop in Tucson Arizona, this Dodge Delivery features a mesmerizing Midnight Black with Copper Metal Flake paintjob and a Charcoal Black cloth roof. The acrylic tinted windshield visor is an extra addition that is a nod to classic visors from this era but also provides visibility for the driver. [ omitted ]. Cadillac “Bullet" taillights are a subtle touch but go the extra mile to emphasize the personality of this awesome hot rod. Let's check out the belly of the beast- engine and transmission- which the owner has carefully Chrysler sourced. The “Slant-6" engine is displaced at 225 cubic inches and has been dressed up with three 2bbl carburetors, leading to the “Six Shooter" nickname that this car has earned. You'll hear those six cylinders loud and clear through a custom intake and exhaust system with dual side exiting pipes. Furthermore, the automatic transmission is a 3-speed Chrysler 904 unit and the entire powertrain has less than 100 miles since the build was completed. Inside this Dodge Delivery you'll be surprised by the level of comfort provided by the Mustang-sourced Tan vinyl bucket seats with safety belts. Hand stained wood lines the inside of the roof, copper accents the dash and brown nylon carpet provides the finishing touch. Dolphin gauges and a Gennie shifter will be familiar to most hot rodders but check out that totally customized, one-off steering wheel with the all-important Dodge Brothers logo in the center- very cool! General Terms
AVAILABILITY
: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation.  In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.
AS-IS WHERE-IS
: All vehicles are sold on an AS-IS WHERE-IS basis.  Having a third party inspection and addressing any concerns is recommended prior to purchase.  It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify all advertisements which shall include but not limited to options, accessories, and vehicle condition before time of sale.  If the purchaser chooses to waive an inspection, the AS-IS WHERE-IS is still enforced.  Any concerns will not be addressed post sale as the sale is final without cures or remedies.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable ,000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed.  A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions.
We require full payment within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered null and void.
We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers.  PayPal and American Express is not accepted.
VEHICLE RELEASE
: Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
All finalized transactions will have additional charges if applicable which could include the following: sales tax, title fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle.  The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
The advertised price and winning auction bids shall include a document fee of 7.63.
All credit cards are charged a 3% convenient fee.
