1933 Dodge DP

Description

I purchased this vehicle with plans that now have changed! Thecar has been off the road since 1953! I have receipts where the previous ownerspent over 00. on it before placing it in storage approximately twenty yearsago; and never drove it! I will list this below. The windshield, passenger sidefront door glass, and the rear window appear to have been broken during thistime period. I did not start the engine – it turns over freely, and appearsintact. I believe it to be an easy start up. The vehicle is 100% complete. The imagesI took show what I think are the best points of it. The body is probably asgood as could be found. The door seam alignment and the straightness of thebody is a good as it gets. The doors open and close with a very solid ‘click’ –the windows roll up and down very smoothly. The only rust is a small area onthe bottom of the left side of the cowl and the right rear fender at the taillight. The steering feels good and the 75,000 miles on the speedometer isbelievable. The instrument panel and gauges are very nice. I have a copy of thetitle to the previous owner that states ‘actual mileage’ and a clear SouthCarolina title. The VIN plate is intact and unmolested. The ‘patina’ is greatwith some of the original blue paint and original pin stripes if one wanted to leavethe exterior as is – I was! Contact me with any questions.
New or rebuilt: Tires, carb, plugs, wires, wiring harness,belts, hoses, oil, fuel line, brake linings, generator, starter, head lightsresilverd, and gas tank cleaned. The ‘dry’ storage appears to have beenfriendly during the approximately twenty year time period.
