1967 CORVETTE 427/435 VIRGIN ENGINE BLOCK 3904351. Original engine removed from a 67 Corvette about 40 yrs ago. Sat around in dry storage until I aquired it. I took it to my machine shop. Had it hot tanked. Magged, measured . We decided to not to remove the orig freeze plugs non numbered ones are very hard to find . We did remove and put the orig galley plugs back in for the new owner . The main bearings were still dated 66. The block is in great condition. Its STD bore. FRONT PAD IS NOT STAMPED . Starter flange is stamped dated July 6th. Piston let go in number 8 cyl. Needs a sleeve. I only trust my builder and im sure someone needing this block would only trust their own. So i didnt have him step
sleeve it.  Outside of block date code is hard to read as most of them are. Looks like g 7 6.  Never decked factory broach marks on deck.  I left the tag on in the pics so you can see my builders comments and measurements.  Bad cyl in last picture.
