1973 Dodge Dart Sport, original 3 speed standard with 340, now upgraded to a HP 440, with 4 speed transmission.
(Body) Paint looks between a yellow/gold, with a few scratches, and blemishes, no rust, solid top, and bottom. Car has black 440 side stripes, black hood scoop, (functional) black rear go wing, dual sport mirrors, grille is very nice, and all chrome looks to be original, and in good driver condition. Car has Cragar Wheels with 195-70-14 front tires, and 295-50-15 rear tires. Body lines are nice, doors open and close good, and door locks work with keys.
Interior) Is in nice driver quality condition, no tears in seats front, and back, nice gauge cluster with added tach, factory rear lay down seat does work, steering wheel is very nice original, has Hurst 4 speed shifter, working emergency brake, inside buzzer, dome light, horn, door locks, ETC. all in working condition. Overall interior is good except for dash cap, cap has small rips, and tears .
Trunk) Very solid looks to be original pan, with spare tire, new trunk mat, NOTE rear wheel wells were modified to accommodate for larger tires.
Engine) Steel crank HP 440, Gear Drive, 4 BBL EdelBrock Carb., Fender well headers with dual exhaust system, headers are wrapped, electronic ignition, 26'' large radiator with chrome fan shroud, runs cool. Power steering, power disc brakes, has 4 speed transmission with scatter shield, clutch is tight, transmission shifts great.
I am not sure of gear ratio as when i purchased the rear end had been welded, and inner gears were no good. All have been replaced with another set of gears from another rear end, it is now quite with no noise and i am guessing at least 355- 370 gears.

According to Vin there were only 1004 340 3 speeds built, even less with some of the fender tag options.
This is a nice solid rust free car with older driver quality paint.
I bought this car off E-Bay 3 months ago, it needed a lot of things to be fixed to become the driver car it is now. All electrical is in working order and will pass State inspections.
All Texas buyers will pay sales tax, and fees.
