This Hatco FS2HAC-4PT Countertop Air Curtain Heated Display Pass-Thru Cabinet with 4 Tier Slides provides easy access to food, heats in temperatures ranging from 80°F to 200°F, and circulates hot air to warm pans evenly. It has warm air at the front and back of the cabinet which forces air downward and pushes a portion of it toward the sides and center. Each pan is heated evenly while a "curtain" of heated air is formed.
Perfect for wrapped items such as tortillas, burritos, and ribs or products on sheet pans like biscuits, chicken, hamburger patties, pizzas, and baked potatoes, this Heated Display Cabinet's doorless design provides easy access to any and all food products from both sides.
