    This Hatco PFST-1X 1767 Watt Mobile Pizza Heated and Holding Cabinet can easily hold 16 boxed or 8 bagged pizzas. With diffused heat, warm air circulates evenly throughout the holding cabinet. Temperature control and monitor make it uncomplicated to regulate and track temperatures. With quick recovery, this Heating Cabinet adjusts itself to keep temperatures consistent even when warm air is lost through an opening and closing door. It has 18" square of space between each of its eight shelves, six of which are removable, to give ample space for products. Two 60 watt lamps are located on the non-control side, while tempered glass sides and front permit a convenient view of products. Heavy-duty 5" casters allow this cabinet to be portable, making it possible to transport products or move the Heated Cabinet when needed. Leadtime may vary, please call for details.
