NEW Custom Deli DILW8CSS 8' Over/Under Hot Case, Digital Controls
This is a brand new Custom Deli model DILW8CSS combination service/self-service (also referred to as Over/Under) 8' hot display case merchandiser. Incredible case, costs normally over ,000 new. Features (7) top service 12" x 20" hot wells each with 500W heater each with it's own digital temperature controller. Top service section holds 2-1/2" deep pans and all the above NEW pans pictures are included. Top service glass is angled at 20 Degrees for excellent customer viewing, and lifts from the front and stays upwards  for easy loading, unloading and cleaning. Top also features excellent florescent lighting and separate main Quartz tube heaters.
The bottom section is a self-service hot section that has it's own digital controller with 800W heater for both the right and left halves of the bottom section. This section also features it's own special fluorescent lighting and additional top Quartz heaters. Note that you don't have to heat this lower area if you do not want to. You could choose to merchandise dry goods in this area as well, just using the lights, if you do not want to merchandise self-service hot foods.
The back features folding cutting boards, and all the controls. There are also main rocker switches for the Main Power, Quartz Heaters, and Lights.
The case has a stainless steel finish on the front and back, Black bumperguard, Black trim, and Spangled Silver right and left end panels. This is an extremely high quality deli hot case merchandiser that costs over ,000 new now. This case is made in Texas of the USA, and is NSF Rated.
Note that in order to receive this you will have to either have a
loading dock

forklift
as this 8' case is too long for lift-gate delivery.
