American Indian inspired Horned Spirit Doll. Native American inspired from the collection of Wesley Walberg.  Rare offering! Don’t believe so try finding anything like this on Google.
This will be the centerpiece of your collection
Measures 26" tall and 43" across the horn tips
. The wooden base measures 12 1/2" x 8 1/2". There  is a white/gray pelt for the head dress. I'm unsure, it could be wolf. The head appears to be a bisque which is hand painted. The hair appears to be Horse tails. The head dress is adorned with antler chips and several necklaces of Indian beads. On the right side of the base under the hair is a Rattle Snake's head in full strike position. The sides of the base are adorned with what I see as old Navajo blanket pieces.
This doll is in Very nice condition. There is a smudge on the nose I will let you clean and a couple of scratches on the base.
This piece is from the "Women of Walberg" collection. The artist passed away a couple of years ago at 91, there will be no more. I am listing three of these. Please see them all, they are Captivating. You may never see one again.
