***Please take note buyer will have to provide trays as this does not have any. Our technician hardwired power to test. We found the item does work but new owner will need to provide power cord. Our tech discovered that the buttons are having issues and are not responsive. We are not sure if that is a programming issue or something that is a defect. This does hold temp as shown in the pictures but with the button issues and missing power cord it will be offered as parts/not working as not every function works properly. Please see all pictures carefully***
