Unit designed to sit directly on floor (no legs or wheels). Units should be sealed to floor with sealant for sanitation.
Unit Has Glass Door on Side With Temperature Control, Stainless Steel Door on Back Side
Intended to be installed in a wall separating a kitchen and servery. Unit can also be used in a one-sided configuration if placed against a wall.

Designed to hold one roll-in bakery rack/cart up to 72" high (rack/cart NOT included)
Unit was shown at trade shows and has not been used otherwise. There are scratches in the floor from sliding carts in and out for display. There may be some small scratches and dents on the unit.
High quality Made in the USA. Designed to hold hot door at 145-165F. Digital temperature control on front allows user to see and adjust temperature easily.
Provided with two ramps to allow carts to be easily removed and inserted.
