Signed 1917 Pennsylvania Railroad Co to Senator Boies Penrose Letters & Photo's. The first letter is from G.S. Mitchell who worked at The
Pennsylvania Railroad Company writing to
Pennsylvania
Senator Boies Penrose offering his services to a commission on reconstruction and operation of the railroads in France and Russia. The next letter is an answer from the Senator's office thanking him for his letter. Due to WWI and the Russian Revolution nothing probably happened. Included are photo's of both
G.S. Mitchell and Senator Penrose. With the Senator's photo is a signed Senate Chamber card. They are all
in
good condition, please see all photo's. Great piece of history.
