Thanks to its high performance ducted fan air distribution system, this Traulsen Specification Line RIH132LP-FHS all stainless steel 38.8 cu. ft. single section roll-thru heated holding cabinet delivers steadier heat distribution, quicker daily start-up, lower energy use, and reduced lifetime service costs when compared to a standard model. With its roll-thru design, this holding cabinet lets you load or retrieve one 27" x 29" x 66" pan rack from either side.
This roll-thru holding cabinet features high-density foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation to help maintain a consistent internal cabinet temperature, monitored by a Fahrenheit/Celsius temperature display on the front of the unit.

Free shipping is to commercial addresses only and includes shipping insurance and lift gate.
