    Vintage Eagle Dancer Navajo Kachina Indian doll, circa 1990s, Arizona. Signed by "kim James" with word "Eagle." on the bottom of soft wood, cotton wood root, stand.  Dancer is decorated with feathers and is wearing real leather and fur. Handcrafted and hand painted in traditional design. Eagle is a symbol in Native American culture and represents strength and power. The Eagle is the ruler of the sky and the messenger who carries dreams to heaven. Kachina dolls have long been a tradition in the American Southwest and are linked to Native American religion and mythology. 12" high X 13" wide. Excellent condition.
