Vintage Tin Litho Tippy Toy Train Excellent Working Condition

This vintage Tippy Toy Train was made in Japan by T.P.S. It is in excellent vintage condition. The trestle is slightly bent but there are no other major dings or dents. The colors are still bright and shiny. No rust anywhere.
It is also in excellent working condition. The way that it works is when it is turned over and then turned right side up, a counterbalance mechanism moves the two train locomotives along the track. A bell dings at each circuit of the track. The following website show how the Tippy Toy works:

It measures 6" in diameter and approximately 6" tall.
Many eBay descriptions of this same toy state that it operates by some sort of magnetic action. This is not the case. As mentioned, a counterbalance mechanism is how it operates. Due to the need to turn the toy over each time the trains are operated, most of these toys no longer work. Over time, the mechanism simply wears out.
When I package it for shipping, I will secure the counterbalance in place with a clip so that it doesn't move excessively during shipment. Upon receipt, all that will be necessary is to remove the clip.
