V/G+ Condition Maroon Vinyl Binder. Intact without any rips or splitting. NO RUST to the inner Binder mechanism. 10" x 12''. Gilt lettered cover and spine face is in excellent unworn cond. Original 7 page typed index with penciled corrections.  Much of the paper is in various shades of Blue. Heavily illustrated with Line Drawings with Text. 1958-1960.
Over 200+ pages.
Many pages are hand stamped when received by the Engineering Department at ALCO  A nice Inner Company piece.
